In order to become a  Diamond Certified Contractor,  M&M Builders  had to go through a very rigorous background check to earn the award. 

Diamond Certified uses the State Licensed "American Ratings Corporation"  for an unbiased, confidential  and independent background check of all  past clients and job history.

They randomly surveyed 45 of M&M Builders past clients and  individually voice recorded 27 of those conversations ( written out above) to find out clients job satisfaction ratings, the quality of their  work, the services preformed and  professionalism in business.

To get the Diamond Certified award. M&M Builders also had to go through a  complete background check,  from the California State Licensing Board, the Better Business Bureau, a total personal and business credit history check,  as well as being bonded, having general liability and workmens comp insurances.

Here is what they found

American Ratings corporation awared  M&M BUILDERS one of the highest ratings they have ever given to a contractor, an unbelievable 98.86 %  in customer job satisfaction. M&M Builders also met all of Diamond Certified's high certification standards. When his past clients were asked if they would use M&M Builders again and astounding 100% said yes.
