Before

 A lot of weeds and a design idea

A great backyard retreat  

 The house had foundation problems and needed some help

New landscape,  stucco wall and face lift in progress

A backyard that was very overgrown and neglected

This house had an old 1940's style of kitchen

The owner trades stocks and wanted an office and desk for his computers and monitors

This bedroom was very small, so we knocked out walls,moved doors and elarged the room

This fireplace and living room needed help badly

The owners said "We would like to jazz the bathroom up a bit"

Granite sink, copper shelf and full mirror really make this bathroom beautiful

The clients wanted a new look in their front room

 After

The end result

Seven waterfalls were installed using  22 tons of rock  

The foundation fixed, a new facelift, landscaping and stucco wall

The owners were overjoyed with their new house.

We added new landscaping, french doors and painted arbor

Walls were knocked out, ceilings raised and complete kitchen remodel

The kitchen feels big with the wall gone and the ceilings raised 

 We lowered the ceiling  installed Oak paneling and built a custom desk for  the monitors

 Here is the finished bedroom, with lower ceiling recessed lighting and walk in closet  
 We installed granite on the fireplace, new lighting and beautiful moldings  
 The bathroom came out wonderful after a  jazzing up
